Hi I'm Sydni Ferguson, I first started my fitness journey back in 2016 when I was 18 years old. Over the years, I had my ups and downs, taking breaks and getting back into it but I never gave up on the bigger picture. In 2024, after committing fully and putting in the work, I officially earned my CPT certification. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. After almost 10 years in fitness, I’ve learned it’s more than just workouts and nutrition,it’s discipline, mindset, patience, and consistency. I'm 27 years old and over the years I’ve gained so much knowledge, and I’m still learning every single day. Growth never stops, and that’s what makes this journey so powerful. My goal now is to share what I’ve learned, help others build confidence in and out of the gym, and show that it’s never too late to start or restart your journey.
At Fitness with Sydni, my mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through fitness and lifestyle changes. I strive to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and motivated to reach their goals.
Me personally with my training knowledge are highly qualified and experienced in designing programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs. I stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the fitness industry to ensure that our clients receive the best possible guidance and support.
I offer a variety of services, including one-on-one personal training in person, and online coaching. I offer specialized programs for all ages, I will work with you to create a program that fits your goals, schedule, and budget.

I will create a customized fitness plan tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just improve your overall health, I will help you achieve your goals.
Progress tracking, using an app to track macros. I will provide you with nutrition counseling and guidance to help you make healthy food choices and achieve optimal results.
You will be able to contact me daily with any questions or concerns and we will have daily progress check ups to see where you're at. Once a week we will have a zoom or phone call to follow up.
I will provide detailed form and exercise video examples.
